What should photographers think about when photographing the landscape? Is it possible to get away from the cliché in order to offer a new perspective on this immensely popular genre? In order to tackle this question, members of the Photoforum are invited to bring in images that attempt to go beyond the cliché.
We have invited MATTHEW CONDUIT (www.matthewconduit.com), who has received many plaudits for his exhibition and book Chora, to show his work and discuss, with photographer and teacher, Paul Hill, alternative approaches to photographing landscape, and, most importantly, comment on the photographs that participants have brought in for the session.
